A soba restaurant like a hideaway located at the foot of the mountains in Minami-ku, Okayama City. The soba is made by a former hotel French chef. You can enjoy high-quality soba in a quiet space.
"Soba Dokoro Senda" is a soba specialty restaurant opened by a former French chef at a hotel who learned how to make soba noodles by himself. The interior of the restaurant, which was renovated from an old house, has a calm atmosphere and is recommended for those who want to enjoy a leisurely meal.

Senda's soba noodles are cut into thin strips and have a smooth texture. For lunch, the standard Zaru Soba and Tempura Soba are the basics. In particular, the tempura is made with seasonal ingredients fried in a thin batter and goes perfectly with soba, so we recommend the menu with tempura. The main dish is basic soba noodles, not French-style creations.

Also, on Sundays, only soba kaiseki meals are served by reservation, making it perfect for special occasions.
