This is a popular soba restaurant near the entrance of the Okura Falls Promenade.

The soba is not hand-made, but stone ground.

There is a promenade where you can take a walk to Okura Falls at the top while visiting large and small waterfalls called Hyakutaki and oddly shaped rocks such as Kuguriiwa.
