Hand-made soba Wakuri soba uses local varieties from Gifu prefecture. Stone ground Juwari soba has a rich aroma and is smooth when swallowed. In addition, tsuyu is a refined flavor made by slowly boiling bonito flakes, kombu seaweed, shiitake mushrooms, and water.

The restaurant has a calm atmosphere where you can enjoy soba at your leisure.

There is no parking lot, but you can use the nearby Nakatsugawa Ekimae Municipal Parking (three-dimensional) free of charge for up to 2 hours.
