Their signature dish, "Anagomeshi," consists of slowly steamed conger eel placed on rice, which can be enjoyed with condiments and clear soup to change the flavor, and finally eaten with dashi, similar to hitsumabushi. The "Anagowappa," which allows you to taste three types of conger eel (steamed, grilled, and tsukudani) all at once, is also popular.
