Located in Ritto City, Shiga Prefecture, Roadside Station Agri no Sato Ritto is a roadside station themed around agriculture and food. The expansive grounds include a farm shop called "Inaka no Genkiya," selling fresh vegetables and fruits picked that morning by local farmers. The entire facility is adjacent to the JR Tokaido Shinkansen, offering a great view of the train while you relax. It's a particularly popular spot for families with children.

The roadside station also boasts a variety of workshops offering culinary experiences. The Tofu Workshop offers freshly made soy milk and tofu made with locally grown tofu, while the Bread Workshop offers freshly baked bread made with locally grown wheat. Popular souvenirs include Shiga Prefecture's specialty "Wariki Sushi Roll" and the "Mochi Workshop" mochi rice cakes made from glutinous rice. Finally, the Jalato Workshop offers handmade gelato made with fresh milk and seasonal fruit.
