This popular soba restaurant is located quietly in a residential area in Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima Prefecture.
The owner is a student of soba noodle master Kunihiro Takahashi.
We recommend our thinly sliced and coarsely ground 100% buckwheat soba noodles, yam-style soba noodles, and duck nanban, as well as our namafu dengaku (wheat gluten dengaku).
