Menya Fuji is a popular ramen shop located deep in the mountains of Naka-gun, Tokushima Prefecture.

It features a light white chicken soup made with locally-produced chicken bones and vegetables that are slowly simmered.
The noodles are thin and chewy, and go well with the soup.
The char siu is a soft and juicy char siu with the condensed flavor of chicken.
