It is an observatory on Mt. Sangane with an altitude of 350m.
From the first observatory, you can see the beautiful scenery of Atsumi Peninsula, Chita Peninsula, and Mikawa Bay. It is also popular as a night view spot.
It is a recommended sightseeing spot for couples.

The observatory is reached by the Mikaneyama Skyline toll road.

More than 60,000 hydrangeas bloom from June to early July.
