This park is located on the west shore of Omi Ohashi Bridge in the southern part of Lake Biwa.

Otsu Lakeside Nagisa Park is a park where you can enjoy the scenery of Lake Biwa and is loved by many citizens and tourists. There are various facilities within the park, including a lawn plaza, promenade, sunshine beach, Nagisa no Mori, festival plaza, and citizen plaza.

There is also Yabashikihojima Park on the opposite shore.
