The children's playground features a 10-meter-tall jungle gym, a long roller slide, and a babbling brook, where children can play all day for free.

The park also has an auto camping site (reservations required), tennis courts, a ground golf course, and a lazy river pool, open in the summer. The park's well-maintained facilities include a BBQ site and cottages with play equipment. From the lakeside promenade, you can enjoy views of the magnificent Lake Biwa and the mountains on the opposite shore, immersing yourself in the great outdoors.

Yabashi Kihojima Park is a place where families, friends, and everyone in between can spend their time however they like. The magnificent views of Lake Biwa and the extensive leisure facilities combine to make it a fun place to spend the whole day. On nice days, it's also recommended to pack a picnic lunch and head out for a picnic.
