Ginkaku-ji Temple

The official name is Higashiyama Jisho-ji, and it is one of the temples of Shokoku-ji, like Kinkaku-ji.
It was founded in 1490 by Ashikaga Yoshimasa, the eighth shogun of the Muromachi Shogunate.

Like Kinkakuji, it is registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of the "Historic Monuments of Ancient Kyoto".

There is a parking lot in the Kyoto City Ginkakuji sightseeing parking lot, but it is relatively expensive at 1,000 yen/day (within 2 hours please cooperate), but private parking costs more than 600 yen per hour.
