This is a manga specialty library, the only public one of its kind in Japan, located in Hiroshima's Hijiyama Park.

It has a wide selection of manga, from recent popular ones like One Piece and Naruto to classic ones from the Showa era by Tezuka Osamu and others. However, the number of manga may be less than what you imagined. I don't know how many manga there are in Japan, but the collection here may not be as large as you expect.

You can read manga on chairs inside the library, but you can also borrow them. The library seems to have more variety than manga cafes, but popular manga may not have complete sets since they are frequently loaned out.

Hiroshima City Museum of Contemporary Art is also located in Hijiyama Park.
