The direct sales store has an array of products, including koshihikari rice produced in Kitahiroshima Town, fresh highland vegetables grown in the temperature differences unique to high-altitude regions, and handmade processed goods. In particular, seasonal apples and local specialty mushrooms are popular from autumn to winter.

The roadside station also has a restaurant where you can enjoy dishes made with plenty of local ingredients. Kitahiroshima Town is also known as the "Village of Kagura," and you can enjoy a menu that makes use of the region's characteristics, such as Kagura-related dishes and dishes made with locally raised pork.
The buffet using local vegetables is popular.
