In addition to the buffet, other popular dishes include handmade bacon wakasa curry and perilla dandan noodles with Yoshikawa pork and miso.
Benten Manju Honpo's benten manju is also popular. Benten manju is delicious with its chewy texture and the perfect balance of sweet and sweet bean paste.
The roadside station is adjacent to Wakasa Station on the Wakasa Railway, and the majestic appearance of the steam locomotive (SL) C12 No. 167, which is preserved in a static display in the square, attracts not only railway fans but also many tourists.
There is also a SL/trolley ride experience (fee required), so it is recommended for small children.
