Often referred to as "Ochobo-san" from Ochiyobo Inari, this shrine is one of the three major Inari shrines in Japan. It is a power spot where you can pray for prosperity in business and safety in your home, and enjoy eating your way through the approach to the shrine.
The approach to the shrine (especially the western approach) is lined with about 300 stalls selling local specialties such as kusamochi, kushikatsu, pickles, and monaka, and is particularly crowded with worshippers during the big festival from the end of the month to the beginning of the month. Near the "Ochoboguchi" in the center of the approach, there are shops selling local handmade sweets and traditional crafts, so you can enjoy eating and looking for souvenirs at the same time.

[Hidden gem]
There are few worshippers in the early morning or on weekday mornings, so you can leisurely enjoy the tranquil atmosphere created by the vermilion-painted torii gates and morning dew.

[Concerns about the bureaucracy]
There are about two free parking lots. The parking lot near the torii gates is a paid parking lot. The paid parking lot costs around 300 yen. (It varies depending on the season) It seems that first-time visitors may end up in the paid parking lot due to the guidance of the attendant.
However, the free parking lot is often full, so if there is no space available, it is better to give up and park in the paid parking lot.
Also, if you don't need to eat or shop on the approach to the shrine, it's quicker to park at the east exit. If you want to enjoy the approach to the shrine, the south exit is better.
