At the "Direct from the Farm" product center, you can find a wide selection of fresh vegetables and fruits, rice (Nitamai is famous) and local processed products grown in the rich nature of Okuizumo. In particular, Nitamai is a brand of rice known as the Yokozuna of the West, and there are many products made with rice that can only be found here. There is also a wide selection of souvenirs, such as Okuizumo wine, crafts related to tatara ironworking, and sweets made with local ingredients. During the season, fresh agricultural products picked that morning are lined up, and the lively atmosphere gives you a sense of local atmosphere.

The attached farm restaurant "Furusato" served dishes made with plenty of seasonal ingredients from Okuizumo, but closed on March 31, 2025.

Roadside Station Orochi no Sato is located in an area related to the cultural properties that make up the Japan Heritage "Izumo no Kuni Tatara Fudoki," and you can also get information about the history and culture of the area inside the facility. The tourist information corner provides information on nearby tourist spots and events, and is useful for gathering information to further enjoy sightseeing in the Okuizumo area. There is also a spacious parking lot, making it very convenient to access by car.
