Hakushu Ojiro Forest Famous Water Park "Beruga" is a comprehensive leisure facility located in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, surrounded by the rich nature of the Southern Alps. With the clear waters of the Ojiro River flowing through it and the beautiful scenery of the "Ojiro River Valley" selected as one of Japan's 100 famous waters, you can enjoy a variety of activities in the forest, such as the natural hot spring "Ojiro no Yu", cottages and campsites. In particular, the crystal clear water and the rich ecosystem that it nurtures attract visitors.
The hot springs of Beruga contain abundant minerals and are expected to have a skin-beautifying effect. From the open-air bath, you can see the majestic mountains.
The greatest attraction of this park is the beauty of the waterside and the healing space where you can refresh both body and mind. The water flowing from the source of the Ojiro River is very clear, and in the summer you can enjoy playing in the river and walking around the waterside. The park is home to a natural hot spring called "Ojiro no Yu" that springs from underground. You can relax in the hot spring surrounded by nature and relieve your daily fatigue. There is also a barbecue area and restaurant surrounded by trees, where you can enjoy nature while tasting local ingredients.
