The altitude of the mountain is 421 meters. There are not many flat paths, and there are many stairs to climb. It takes about one hour to climb and about 40 minutes to descend. For those who walk at a faster pace, it may be possible to climb in about 40 minutes.

Although the summit is surrounded by trees and does not have a good view, from the observation deck near the summit on the south side, you can see the towns and mountains to the south, and from the north side climbing path near the summit, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Seto Inland Sea, including the Seto Ohashi Bridge.

There are two "Iinoyama Trailhead Parking Lots" located on the south (15 spaces) and west (40 spaces) sides of Mount Iinoyama.
