The Hojo Marche product center inside the building offers a wide variety of seasonal produce, such as "sand dune yams," "Tottori sand dune shallots," and Hojo sand dune grapes, as well as original processed products made with local ingredients (such as shallot curry bread and sand dune soft serve ice cream). On the other hand, only a small amount of fresh fish and other "seafood" is available, and the main focus is on processed agricultural products.

There are three restaurants lined up, and they are open from 9am.

Nebarikko Shokudo (10am-4pm / last orders 3:30pm)

Toridori Bakery (9am-5pm)

Suna Sweets Specialty Store Suna Toridori (10am-4pm)

The tourist information corner is open during the product center's business hours (9am-5pm) and provides the latest information on Hokuei Town and the surrounding tourist spots. There is also a spacious rest area, so you can enjoy local cuisine at your leisure between drives.

Fully-equipped facilities and parks
Hojo Park, just outside the product center, is equipped with a grassy plaza and large playground equipment. Free parking for 254 regular cars (including 7 Heartful parking spaces and 2 EV charging spaces) and 36 large cars is available 24 hours a day. The paths and shady benches decorated with cherry blossoms and autumn leaves are hidden spots where you can spend some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle. It is also a great place to bring your own lunch or side dish for a picnic.
