Itoju Kasho Main Store is a Japanese confectionery shop in Hikone that was founded in Bunka 6 (1809) and has a history of over 200 years. Located in the atmospheric Honmachi area near Hikone Castle, it is loved by locals and many tourists alike.

The signature product is the famous confectionery "Umoregi," named after "Umoreginoya," where Hikone feudal lord Ii Naosuke spent his youth. It is characterized by its elegant taste, with white bean paste wrapped in soft gyuhi and sprinkled with matcha and wasanbon sugar.
