A long-established Japanese confectionery shop in Miyoshi. Their signature product is the "Original Liquor Cake," which is infused with brandy and rum.

Founded in 1931, Mikami Kan'ei-do is a long-loved confectionery shop in Miyoshi. Its signature confection, the "Liquor Cake," is a perennial bestseller with a moist cake that permeates with the aroma of liquor. The flavor is enhanced even more when served chilled.

In addition to liquor cake, the shop also carries simple Japanese sweets such as Miyoshi's specialty "Awayuki," dorayaki, and kintsuba. Seasonal items include hassaku daifuku, sakura mochi, and cream puffs.
