Founded in 1856, this renowned Japanese confectionery shop is located on the corner of the Chunagon intersection. Its flagship store, stylishly renovated in 2019, boasts a cozy space filled with soft light thanks to its timber-framed architecture that minimizes the use of nails. The shop also houses a tea room and workshop, making it a hub for showcasing the present and future of Japanese confectionery.

Their signature products are "Original Kibi Dango" and "Mukashi Kibi Dango," which are made using traditional methods. The latter is a masterpiece carefully crafted using glutinous rice from contracted farmers in the Takamatsu district of Okayama City. Their kibi dango is Halal-certified, making it easy for overseas visitors to try and make a perfect souvenir from your trip to Okayama. They also offer a wide selection of seasonal sweets, yokan, and baked confectionery assortments.
