The hotel's hot springs are thick, simple, weakly radioactive (radium and radon) springs. Heating is achieved using a wood-fired boiler made from locally thinned wood, renowned for warming the body from the inside out. An open-air bath features a natural hot spring water bath, allowing guests to alternate between hot and cold baths for a refreshing experience. The indoor bath, with floating bathing sticks, has a gentle cypress scent. Enjoyable even in the rain, this sauna is a real draw.

A cypress "egg sauna" will open in January 2025. Designed to utilize the heat of a wood-burning stove and fresh outside air, it makes it easy to breathe and comfortably warm, even for those who aren't a fan of saunas. After your sauna session, head to the open-air hot spring water bath and outdoor bathing deck. Family-friendly plans with child supervision are also available, providing peace of mind even while traveling.

There is no cafe, and day-trip dining is primarily the evening restaurant. The cafe offers a small menu of drinks and snacks starting around 3:00 PM (opening days are announced on the calendar).

The restaurant's regular hours are 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM (last orders for day-trip hot springs are 3:00 PM - 9:30 PM).
