Osa Genryu Park is a highland recreation park where you can enjoy the pleasant breeze that blows through the valley. With a lakeside lawn, a children's playground, and a streamside play area, it's a great place for families to relax. The park is also famous for its fresh greenery in spring, autumn leaves in fall, and icicles in winter, making it a popular spot for photographers.

The park's signature canoeing experience on the dam lake is a safe and guided program for beginners (single-seater Canadian canoeing), and life jackets and other equipment are provided. On lighter winds in the mornings and evenings, the water is as still as a mirror, creating a spectacular reflection of the surrounding mountains.
