Located on the banks of Shiogama's cold springs on the Hiruzen Plateau, this pond is stocked with eight species of fish, including rainbow trout, amago trout, and char, all raised in the crystal-clear spring water. It's a surprise to see what you'll catch. Once you receive your fishing rod and bait, you can purchase any fish you catch without releasing them. Staff will assist with gutting, and charcoal grills are available for rental, so even children can enjoy the full fishing experience.

In the summer, a "catch-a-fish" activity is also held for small children. The thrill of dipping your hands and feet in the cold spring water and chasing fish is perfect for creating memories. Since the site has few roofs, it's best to bring a hat and sunscreen on sunny days, and rain gear for rainy days. Nearby, there are also many famous spring water spots and campsites, making this an ideal location for a half-day or full-day trip.
