Yoshima Parking Area is a rest stop boasting a commanding view, located almost in the center of the strait. From the rooftop observation deck of Yoshima Plaza or the Tsukiyama Observatory on the south side, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Seto Ohashi Bridge, the beautiful islands, and passing ships. Ten minutes before sunset is considered the best time to visit, and the moment when the sky and sea turn crimson is popular among photographers. Telescopes and benches are also available, allowing you to relax and feel the Seto Inland Sea breeze.

The area changes its appearance depending on the season and time of day, with wisteria trellises in spring and the illuminated bridge at night. In the exhibition corner, you can also see a cable model of the Seto Ohashi Bridge and borehole cores.

Inside, you'll find a Sanuki udon restaurant, a food court, a sweets workshop, and a souvenir shop, so you're sure to find plenty to satisfy your travel cravings and do some shopping.

The souvenir section stocks Sanuki udon and other products from neighboring Kagawa and Okayama.
