This multi-purpose roadside station is located at the foot of Yatani-ji Temple, one of the sacred sites of Shikoku. It is a popular driving spot in Mitoyo City where you can spend the whole day enjoying the natural hot spring "Daishi no Yu," the local products store, the Cosmoland park, and the heated swimming pool.
The facility houses Daishi no Yu, a natural hot spring with an open-air bath and sauna, Kukai Restaurant, which serves local ingredients, a souvenir shop with a selection of local souvenirs, an indoor heated pool, and accommodations. The outdoor area features Cosmoland Mino, featuring large space-themed playground equipment and a spacious lawn, making it an ideal rest stop for family trips or pilgrimages.

Daishi no Yu is a simple alkaline hot spring known for its gentle waters that are gentle on the skin. The hot spring water is soft to the touch, and although it is not large, there is also an open-air bath. Enjoy a relaxing experience in a variety of baths, including a sauna, cold bath, reclining bath, medicinal bath, and jet bath. After bathing, you can cool down in the rest area with electric recliners. The rest room has ample individual recliners and chairs with TVs, so you can take a relaxing nap.

The heated pool is open year-round, and you can also enjoy activities such as underwater walking and aqua aerobics.

At the restaurant within the day-trip hot spring facility, you can enjoy Sanuki udon noodles and a menu made with local ingredients.
There is also a simple cafeteria in the roadside station's souvenir shop, but it mainly serves curry and soft-serve ice cream.

The roadside station's souvenir shop sells Sanuki specialties and Mitoyo local specialties. However, it does not sell local vegetables or fruit, and only has local souvenirs such as udon.

The adjacent park has an attraction where you can take a skywalk through the park (fee required), as well as a wide range of athletic facilities including a large slide. Families with children can spend a fun half day here, combining the hot springs and pool.
