This open park blends the Niyodo River's riverbank with the surrounding forest. Enjoy BBQs and splashing around on the wide riverbank upstream, while the cedar forest and playground offer shaded areas for relaxation downstream. The nearby restaurant "Niko Nikokan" and restrooms, as well as a convenience store and a day spa (Kamenoi Hotel Kochi) within walking distance, make this a convenient location for beginners and families with children.

The river's clean water and shallow areas make it safe for even small children. However, caution is advised as some areas can be deep and fast-flowing.
