Ubagamochi is a mochi rice cake made from local Kusatsu glutinous rice, gently wrapped in sweetened sweet bean paste, and topped with white bean paste and yam paste.
Ubaga Mochiya Main Store not only manufactures and sells Ubaga Mochi, but also has a museum that introduces the history and culture of Ubaga Mochi.
