This urban hall is directly connected to Sannomiya Station (Hankyu, Hanshin, JR, and municipal subway lines) via the Sanchika underground shopping mall, allowing you to access it without getting wet in the rain. Its capacity is 2,112 people (2,022 fixed seats, 1st-3rd floor seating, and standing room), and it can accommodate a wide range of performances, from classical to musicals and pop. Its acoustics are also highly acclaimed, and it was selected as one of the "100 Best Halls Selected by Acoustic Engineers."

The Kobe International Conference Center opened in 1956. The old building was completely destroyed in the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in 1995, but was rebuilt and fully reopened in 1999, and has continued to serve as a symbol of reconstruction. In addition to the hall, it currently houses the movie theater "kino cinema," as well as shops and restaurants.

The 11th floor features the rooftop garden "Sora Garden," designed by plant hunter Seijun Nishihata. The green space spreads out around an olive tree estimated to be 500 years old, and the attached restaurant, "TOOTH TOOTH GARDEN RESTAURANT," and the "Sora Beer Garden" in the summer are also popular.
