A popular spot at Kobe Harborland Umie is the 50m-tall "Mosaic Ferris Wheel." You can see not only the view of Kobe Port, but also the cityscape of Kobe, including Mt. Rokko, Kobe Ohashi, and Kobe Port Tower. Also, at night, it is lit up with 120,000 LED bulbs, coloring the night view of Kobe.
