Harborland Park is a block park located on the waterfront, heading toward the sea from JR Kobe Station. It features grassy plazas, benches, and a promenade leading to the sea, offering a relaxing atmosphere with a Ferris wheel and harbor scenery as a backdrop. It's adjacent to popular Kobe tourist areas like the Former Foreign Settlement and Meriken Park, and is easily accessible from the nearby shopping malls umie and Mosaic.

The park is equipped with slides, spring play equipment, and exercise equipment for small children, as well as a gazebo and water supply for resting. On the seaside, a circular brick plaza and lawn line the grounds, creating a dramatic scene at dusk when the harbor lights come on. It's also known as a night view spot, and is a popular date spot and walking course for locals.
