Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum is a museum related to sake brewing located in Higashinada Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. The old sake brewery of Hakutsuru Sake Brewery is open to the public as a sake brewery museum.

The Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum was opened in 1975 by remodeling the old Hakutsuru Sake Brewery built in 1912. Inside the sake brewery, the equipment and tools of the time are still intact, and you can learn about the sake manufacturing process.

The Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum also has exhibits on the history and culture of sake. You can learn a variety of knowledge about sake, such as types of sake, manufacturing methods, and ways to enjoy sake.
