Kitahama Alley is a commercial complex in Kitahama-cho, Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture, which houses cafes and general stores in an old warehouse.
On the east side of Takamatsu Port, this "small seaside town" is lined with alleyways renovated from former warehouses, offering a diverse selection of shops, from cafes and general merchandise stores to galleries, restaurants, and even wedding venues. The nostalgic scenery, with its rusted beams and wooden exterior walls, is renowned for being picturesque just by strolling through it. At the popular seaside cafe "umie," enjoy a special seat at the window counter. Watching the sparkling waves and ships passing by, you can relax and enjoy the port town atmosphere.

At dusk, the warehouse district lights up, making it even more photogenic.

Some summers, the one-night-only "Midsummer Kitahama Night Market" is held, offering a lively port night with DJs and food.

[Trivia]
- Beginning around 2001, the abandoned port warehouses were gradually renovated. Currently, it's a popular seaside spot with around 20 shops.
