Utsubo Park is a narrow green space stretching approximately 800 meters east to west in the business district of Nishi Ward. Naniwa-suji Avenue runs through the center, dividing the park into East and West Gardens. Rows of zelkova trees, lawns, and playground equipment are scattered throughout. Covering a total area of ​​approximately 9.7 hectares, it's a relaxing space for locals, even in the heart of the city.

A highlight is the rose garden, renovated in 2004. In spring and fall, the colorful flowers bloom beautifully, making it a popular photo spot. Recipient of the "Outstanding Garden Award" at the World Rose Congress, the park's well-equipped walking paths and benches make it the perfect spot for families or couples to enjoy a leisurely stroll. With plenty of terrace seating and bakeries nearby, you can enjoy both park play and a stroll around the city.

For sports enthusiasts, the Utsubo Tennis Center in the West Garden is the perfect spot. Every autumn, the Osaka Mayor's Cup World Super Junior Tennis (ITF J500) tournament, bringing together the world's top junior players, is held here.
