Izu Panorama Park: A panoramic view of Mt. Fuji and Suruga Bay!

Take the 1,800m ropeway to the top of the mountain. From the Midori Terrace, you can see Mt. Fuji, Suruga Bay, and the Izu cityscape. The mountaintop is a spectacular activity facility with a cafe, foot bath, and athletic facilities.
Izu Panorama Park is an aerial park in Izunokuni City. You can access the summit of Mt. Katsuragi by taking a gondola ride of about 1,800m. You can enjoy the view of the cityscape and Suruga Bay spreading out below you during the about 7-minute aerial walk.

When you arrive at the summit, you will be greeted by the spectacular spot "Aoki Terrace" with a 360-degree panoramic view. It is an open space with an observation deck with a water basin, sofas, and benches, where you can relax while looking at Mt. Fuji and the sea at the same time. Light meals and drinks are also available at the terrace seats during seasonal periods.

In addition, the summit area has a variety of activities such as the matchmaking shrine "Katsuragi Shrine", foot baths, an observation athletic course, and Segway guided tours. On the walking path, you can admire the flowers of each season, and it is a spot that can be enjoyed all day by families and couples.

Free: Approximately 400 spaces for regular cars, approximately 20 spaces for buses
The parking lot is full at peak times, so we recommend using public transportation (Tokai bus, approximately 20 minutes from the south exit of JR Mishima Station)

[Access]
Car: Approximately 20 minutes from Numazu IC or Nagaizumi Numazu IC on the Tomei and Shin-Tomei Expressways
Bus: Take the Tokai bus bound for Panorama Park from the south exit of JR Mishima Station, and get off at the last stop
Taxi: Approximately 20 minutes from JR Mishima Station
