Reservation required: Advance reservations are required for almost all dates. It fills up quickly, especially on weekends and holidays.

Facilities: There is a cooking building, flush toilets, coin showers, vending machines, and a shop (for firewood, charcoal, gas, drinks, snacks, etc.).

Trash: You must take your rubbish with you, but there is a collection service available for a fee.

Pets: Pets are allowed, but they must be on a leash.

Wind protection: As it is at the foot of Mt. Fuji, there are many windy days, so a sturdy tent, pegs, and guy ropes are essential.

Temperature difference: It can get chilly in the mornings and evenings, even in summer, so be sure to take measures to protect yourself from the cold.
