Teiko Port Movable Bridge is located in Konan City, Kochi Prefecture, and is one of the few lift-up movable bridges in the country. Several times a day, you can see the center of the bridge dynamically lift up to allow ships entering and leaving the port to pass. This unique structure, combined with the magnificent view of the surrounding Pacific Ocean, makes it a popular spot not only for tourists but also for bridge enthusiasts and photographers.

The greatest attraction of this movable bridge is that you can see the impressive opening and closing scene up close. The sight of the bridge slowly lifting up and the ships passing underneath is like a scene from a science fiction movie. The bridge has set opening and closing times, so if you check in advance and visit, you can burn this special moment into your memory.

There are several free parking spaces on the north side of the bridge, opposite the sea. (Use by anyone other than visitors is prohibited.)
