Katsurahama is a beautiful coastline that forms an arch, and is lined with pine forests. Many tourists visit at dusk to see the beautiful sunset as it sinks into the sea.

Katsurahama is also home to tourist facilities such as the Kochi Prefectural Sakamoto Ryoma Memorial Museum and Katsurahama Aquarium. There is a large bronze statue of Sakamoto Ryoma on the hill of Katsurahama.

There are stalls selling the famous grilled squid.

Katsurahama Sea Terrace is a commercial complex in Katsurahama Park that was completely renovated in the spring of 2023. With the theme of eating, shopping, learning, and relaxing, there are 13 restaurants and souvenir shops lined up, and you can enjoy Kochi gourmet food and local specialties on the terrace seats overlooking the monument and the Pacific Ocean.

Umisachi Katsurahama Main Branch is a seafood restaurant located inside Katsurahama Sea Terrace, and serves shellfish broth ramen, shellfish grills, and seafood grills made with luxurious domestic live shellfish, allowing you to enjoy fresh seafood delivered directly from local fishermen.

Katsurahama Museum is an experiential complex located in the "Moon Tower" in Katsurahama Park. It is scheduled to reopen in 2023, and will feature a shop selling Kochi specialty products and a dining area, as well as a wide range of art exhibits, including calligraphy works by calligrapher Shishu of Ryoma Sakamoto and murals by picture book author Keiko Shibata. The photo spot overlooking the Pacific Ocean is also a popular new attraction.
