Anegahama Beach is a curved white sand beach in the center of the park. Its water quality, selected as one of the Ministry of the Environment's "100 Best Swimming Beaches," and the open sand that stretches to the horizon, like Yomegashima Island, make it a popular spot. There are plenty of waves.

Lifeguards are on duty from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the beach season, ensuring safe and enjoyable beach time for families. Showers and restrooms are located on the beach side.

There are three types of camping: the reservation-only auto camping site, cabins (small, medium, and large), and the "free camping village" (first-come, first-served). The grassy sites are equipped with a cooking facility, restrooms, and coin-operated showers (100 yen coins only), and there are also sites with power outlets (for a fee).

Day camping is also available at the auto camping site, but only from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The park is 5.5 km long. There is a wide range of attractions to explore, including the adjacent giant wooden playground "Aquas Land," the Akahana/Takegashita Observatory, and the Shimane Aquarium Aquas, making it possible to "hop" between the ocean, playground equipment, and aquarium. After sunset, it is also popular to head to Arifuku Onsen to enjoy the evening view and baths.
