Karakoro Studio is a complex with a nostalgic atmosphere that reused the former Matsue branch of the Bank of Japan, built in the early Showa period. The solid stone building is a valuable tourist spot in itself, and while it retains the appearance of the former bank, it has been reborn as a unique space that combines workshops, shops, cafes, etc. It is close to Matsue Castle and Lake Shinji, and is also attractive for its location that makes it easy to stop by between sightseeing in Matsue city.
