An herb garden in a great location overlooking Hiruzen.
You can enjoy looking at various flowers depending on the season. Lavender fields spread in July.

The photo is from the cherry blossom season in mid-April.

The building in the park is a cafe and restaurant, and when the weather is nice, you can enjoy herbal tea on the open terrace while looking at Hiruzen.It is also popular as a date spot for women.

There is also a shop and a leasing workshop.
