Anyone can use the Kids' Park, but it's recommended for families with young children aged 1 to 4.
The indoor area is fully air-conditioned and heated, so you can play comfortably on rainy days, hot summer days, and cold winter days.
There is also a food and drink area where you can bring your own food and drinks.

The architectural design was by Kisho Kurokawa, and it is said to be a symbolic location of the Kibi Plateau City.

It was my first visit in 10 years, and it felt like time had stood still. Being a weekday morning, there was no one around, and the park area is well-maintained. To put it in a positive way, it reminded me of Ghibli's Laputa: Castle in the Sky.

As of 2021, the playground equipment in the outer park has been newly renovated.

There is an observation deck a short distance away, in the natural recreation area west of the residential and industrial areas north of Kibi Plaza.
Although it's a bit far, you can enjoy views of the Kibi Plateau from Stock Farm.
