Kokoen is a Japanese garden located in Himeji Park in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture. The official name is Himeji Castle West Oyashiki Ruins Garden Kokoen.

The area of the garden spreading southwest of Himeji Castle is about 10,000 tsubo. It consists of nine gardens, such as the ``Oyashiki no Niwa'' with a stroll around the pond, and the ``Cha no Niwa'' with an authentic Sukiya-style tea room and Soju-an. It is also used as a location for

“Cha-no-Niwa” with authentic Sukiya-style tea room Soju-an: You can enjoy the view of the garden while having matcha green tea for 500 yen in the tea room.
