In front of the stores and buildings, there are no public roads, so you can parallel park your car for free.
There are no traffic lights at the intersection and the road is fairly wide, giving it a somewhat overseas feel.

If you park on the street, be careful not to park in the red line near the intersection, as you will be issued a parking ban.
