It is a complex theme park with an amusement park, athletics, hot springs, lodging, and restaurants. It is a facility that everyone from families with children to seniors can enjoy.

The amusement park has many attractions such as Ferris wheels, roller coasters, go-karts, and merry-go-rounds.
A leisure pool is also open during the summer.

There is also a Showa retro area called "Itsukakita Road" in the park.

The one-day hot spring “Shinshoji Onsen Showa no Yu” is a natural hot spring and is separate from the amusement park facilities.
There are two types of hot springs, radon cold mineral springs and alkaline cold mineral springs, and you can enjoy two types of hot springs at the same time.

In addition to indoor baths, there are open-air baths, saunas, medicated baths, rest rooms, and restaurants.
