The main shrine building at Nakayama Shrine is designated as an important cultural property by the Japanese government. There is also a Sarutahiko Shrine located behind the main shrine.

On the way to the center of Tsuyama City, there is a famous local specialty shop called "Godai Kitahara Manju Tsuya" that sells delicious sweet buns.

There are a few parking spaces next to the torii gate, and if you go up the hill next to the torii gate, there is a large parking lot available.
