This roadside station is located along National Route 491 in Shimonoseki City.

Hand-stretched somen “Kikukawa no Ito” is popular. There are also unique menu items such as “Kikukawa-style Yakisoumen” and “Char Siu Somen” arranged in the style of yakisoba.

Camping is possible at the nearby Kikugawa Nature Utilization Village, which is a popular cherry blossom viewing spot in spring.
