Tamanoya Shrine is a Shinto shrine of Suo Province Ichinomiya in Hofu City.

The main enshrined deity is Tamaso-no-mikoto. Tamaso-no-mikoto is a deity that appears in the Kojiki and Nihon Shoki, and is said to have created Yasakani no Magatama, one of the Three Sacred Treasures.

Tamaso Shrine has long been revered as the ichinomiya of Suo Province. It is also believed to be the god of marriage, and many lovers come to worship.
