Koibitofu Unpaku is a tofu specialty restaurant located in Takahashi City, Okayama Prefecture, and is listed in the Michelin Guide.
Opened in April 2017, we use 100% Okayama soybeans with a "thick" soy milk concentration and serve tofu dishes using "Koibitofu" that pursues the deliciousness of soy milk concentration.

The store name "Unpaku" combines the image of the sea of ​​clouds of Bitchu Matsuyama Castle and the white of tofu, and the reading of "shiro" combines "white" and "castle", expressing something traditional while expressing a new feeling, and the store name Unpaku is chosen because of our commitment to Japanese cuisine.
